Terms & Refund Policy
For reflection, not prediction
TarotCoffee readings, transits and workbooks are for self-growth, reflection and entertainment. They do not predict the future or the actions of other people, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Our reframing policy
Every question is guided back to your own self-worth, boundaries and peace. We do not offer readings about spying on others, revenge or third-party intentions.
Written readings
Custom written readings are delivered within 3–5 days. You can get a full refund until your reading has started. Once it is delivered, it can't be refunded.
Digital workbooks
Because workbooks can be downloaded right away, all sales are final. If a file doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it.
VIP membership
You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
